What happens if my product gets damaged during the shoot?

We treat every product with the utmost care — especially fragile or high-value items like jewelry or glass. In the rare event of accidental damage during handling, we will cover the cost or replacement. We recommend insuring shipments for high-value items on your end as well.
How long does the entire process take?

Once we receive your product, the shoot and editing are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available as an add-on. Shipping time to and from our studio is not included in this timeline.
Will my product be returned to me after the shoot?

Yes — 100%. Your product is yours and will be shipped back to you once the project is complete. Return shipping cost is typically shouldered by the client. We'll coordinate with you on the courier and schedule before sending it back.
Can I request revisions on the edited photos?

Yes. Each package includes up to 2 rounds of revision. This covers adjustments to color, brightness, cropping, or background. Major reshoots due to a change in creative direction may incur an additional fee, which we'll discuss openly before proceeding.
How do I ship my product to your studio?

After booking, we'll send you our studio address in Cebu, Philippines along with packaging guidelines for fragile products. You can use any courier — J&T, LBC, Grab Express, or standard post. We'll confirm receipt once it arrives.
What product types do you shoot?

We specialize in jewelry, cosmetics, skincare, packaged food & beverage, electronics accessories, apparel, and general e-commerce products. If you're unsure whether your product fits, just reach out — we haven't said no yet.
Do you offer packages for multiple products?

Yes. Multi-product and bulk SKU packages are available at a discounted rate. If you have 5 or more products to shoot, contact us for a custom quote — the more you send, the better the per-unit value.
What file formats will I receive?

You'll receive high-resolution JPEG files for all final images, plus PNG (transparent background) versions where applicable. Web-optimized versions are included for digital use. RAW files are not included by default but can be requested as an add-on.
